这两天和导师沟通文章写作时遇到的一些问题，一是文章没有达到预期效果，二是时间也超过了原计划，再加上导师忙碌，无法时刻触达并解决具体的问题，焦虑感顿时萌生。
于是与另一位同行师姐沟通，顿时茅塞顿开。（充分而有效的双向沟通，确实能够解决大部分的写作焦虑问题，即使文章还是原来的文章，但你已知道要去往何方。）
大概总结如下：（原文英文建议保留如下）
1. Abstract, Abstract is something we write at last because abstract is the synopsis of our work. If you have written it you may keep it later can enhance it.
1. 摘要最后写。
2. Template, Draft your article in IEEE access template with sections and subsections and place in the content in there for easier arrangement and understanding
2. 用模版写更易于安排内容，便于理解。
3. Outline, This outline is good however, can you concise/narrow it more, especially section 2,4,5.
3. 提纲需要适当精简和深入。
4. Writing priority, Begin with introduction first then we can understand what to write next, because if we write like this here and there, sometimes certain information will not be needed and it waste lots of our time. 1. Place your sections, subsections 2. Begin with introduction, Above 2 steps you shall begin first, then we can go to background. Currently, your information for each section is all around the places. Begin step by step, then easier to organize. And you will know whether which sections are needed and which are not needed, where you can expand and where you can narrow the details.
4. 提纲设计好后，从Introduction一步步着手开始。
5. Target, Great and do set a target when you to come up with first draft of your article, so that you will manage your time and content better if not we will be keep writing endlessly. True so set a deadline for yourself for first draft. If you can’t set deadline for entire, set for sections. For an example, Introduction tomorrow is the deadline. Like that, more easier to achieve.
5. 设定目标和时间节点至关重要，否则可能遥无止境。
6. Think, I believe you overthinking a lot. That’s why I suggest write complete first draft so that you will get your idea, by 2nd draft you will have a good article. I would suggest for you to draft in the content, and paraphrase or grammar checking can be done once the whole article is done.
6. 不要想太多，一口气从头写完初稿，你就有感觉了。
7. Format, The limitation of pages, or number of words, or formatting all this depends on the journal you want to publish.
7. 格式就看你要投哪个期刊，期刊都有相应的格式文档。
8. Publish, At times certain journal exceed 10 pages, you are required to pay sometime exceeding words as well same. If you are gg to submit IEEE access, you have to check their requirement before writing. I believe the maximum pages is 15, please check again.
8. 开始写作之前先看期刊的要求。
9. Ping, Re-arrange the priorities, and must follow deadlines you set and if approaching deadline you know you are overdoing and under-doing anything, you may refer back to supervisor or me, why you are lacking so that you can where you went wrong. It’s not wrong, it’s just sometime we overdo as there a lot of information out there. We don’t know how to narrow it down. Once you learnt that, it will be easy for you to write upcoming articles.
